Decision Assistance
Decision-making is often seen as a difficult, time-consuming process… but it doesn’t need to be. We can enable your group to quickly make well-informed decisions that have the support necessary to translate discussion into action.
Our service can help you:
- Perform environmental, current state, and impact assessments
- Develop shared goals and common needs for teams, working groups, and departments
- Collect feedback from stakeholders and customer groups
Planning

Process Improvement
Have you ever thought, “There has GOT to be a better way to do this?” Well… there probably is! We can help your team investigate, analyze, and improve how work is done so that you and your customers get what is needed faster, at higher quality, and with less waste.
Our service can help you:
- Develop lessons learned for events, programs, and services
- Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
- Create action plans for changing processes and procedures
Service Availability
Organizational Consulting services are provided at no fee. However, units may be responsible for additional related fees (room reservations, refreshments) as recommended.
Our services are primarily available from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday. Services may occasionally be offered outside these hours.
